This is the last issue of the semester, which means this is my last time working on The Insider, and it’s time for me to say goodbye as Editor-in-Chief. It’s been an honor to helm The Insider for the past year. I’m more than proud of the work our team has accomplished, and I am humbled to have worked with such wonderful people.

Two other editors, Amanda Bateman and Thalia Speksnijder are also graduating. They have been integral to the success of this paper, and I’m thankful for all of their help.

While I will miss the position, I am happy to announce the new Editorial staff for next year: Ali Dimoff and Kaylee Hauck will be co-editing The Insider next semester. I am confident they will continue to help the newspaper grow. I can’t wait to see the new content and cool memes they will bring to the campus.

I’ll always remember my never-ending love for layout brunch at the dining hall, and I hope the editorial staff will continue to create memes to accompany all of my future profile pictures to hang on the walls of the press room.

Also, while I failed to teach the editors about the magic of the band that is The Strokes, I hope I have nurtured a passion for Kanye that will continue to inspire future writers.

I encourage anyone interested in reporting to help out next semester with the paper. They will be meeting at 4 to 5:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Village Hall 122.

I hope everyone has a great summer break, and for those like me who are graduating, good luck in your future endeavors.
