Rapper Kendrick Lamar surprised the Pitt-Bluesburg campus with a last-minute concert on Tuesday, April 1, at 8 p.m. The show will be held in the Ferguson Theatre on campus.
The opening act will feature Pitt-Bluesburg’s new mascot, Bluey the Dog, performing her recently released single.
When asked about the concert, Bluey said, “I’ve always wanted to pursue a career in singing, and this opening act for Kendrick will help my career skyrocket.”
Additionally, rumors have circulated that Kendrick Lamar’s team is in talks for him to collaborate with rapper Drake, as they aim to make amends and work on a new joint album.
Tickets for the event are available on the Pitt-Bluesburg website, with prices starting at $15.
