Pitt Day of Giving was held on Feb. 25 in order to raise money for scholarships, research, programs, and activities. All of the Pitt campuses come together for the cause.

According to Pittwire, $2.4 million was raised during the 2024 event from 11,473 donors. The 2025 event raised $3.27 million from 11,423 donors.

Dr. Robert Gregerson, Pitt-Greensburg president, said, “Pitt Day of Giving is important for a small campus like ours. If we can reach the top of the giving leaderboard, we can win bonus money, which can greatly support our students and the programs at our campus specifically.”

Pitt-Greensburg hosted a Pitt Fun(d) Fest event on Feb. 18 to educate students how the fundraiser impacts Pitt Greensburg. Below are some photos provided by Director of Media Relations Susan Isola.

The event is held annually each February. More information can be found on the Pitt Day of Giving website.  https://pittdayofgiving.com/pages/pdog-impact The website is also where donations can be made.
